ENDURA WELLNESS LTD (“Endura,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and the Endura App. This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the website and, if you purchased a subscription here, to your use of the App.

Endura is a pelvic floor training and wellness coaching service for adults 18 and older. We take the sensitivity of this subject matter and your data extremely seriously.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information.

On this website:

Your email address (entered by you, or shared by Apple or Google if you sign in with them)
Usage data, such as pages viewed and checkout progress, linked to a random identifier

In the Endura App:

A random purchase identifier and your device identifier, to unlock your subscription on one device at a time
Confirmation with a timestamp that you accepted our Exercise Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Your messages to Coach Maya and chat history (stored on your device, encrypted)
Feedback text you choose to submit after exercises
Usage data linked to your app install ID

2. How We Use Your Information

On this website:

Your email address is used to set up your purchase and to send you your App unlock link and subscription emails, such as trial reminders.
Usage data is used to make sure the site works properly and to improve it.

In the Endura App:

Your messages to Coach Maya are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for AI processing to generate coaching responses. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on how they process your messages.
Your purchase and device identifiers are used to unlock your subscription and keep it active on one device at a time.
Your Exercise Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability timestamp is used for legal compliance.
Your daily token usage is used to manage costs and prevent abuse.
Usage data is used to make sure the App works properly and to improve it.

3. Third-Party Services

We work with the following third parties:

Paddle.com Market Limited (UK): Processes payments on this website as our merchant of record. Paddle receives your email address, payment details, and billing address. See Paddle's Privacy Policy for details.
Apple and Google: If you choose to sign in with them on this website, they share your email address with us. See Apple's and Google's Privacy Policies for details.
Resend (USA): Sends our emails, such as your App unlock link and trial reminders. Resend receives your email address. See Resend's Privacy Policy for details.
Anthropic (USA): Processes your messages to generate Coach Maya responses. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details.
RevenueCat (USA): Manages your subscription. RevenueCat receives your purchase identifier, subscription status, and transaction history. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.
Supabase (Japan): Hosts our database and stores exercise media. See Supabase's Privacy Policy for details.
PostHog (USA): Collects usage data, such as pages viewed, checkout progress, and feature usage, linked to random identifiers on this website and in the App. If you opt in through App settings, this also includes your survey answers, never linked to your name or contact details. Sentry (Germany): Collects error logs and crash reports from the App to help us fix bugs. Error reports may include device type and operating system but no personal or health data. See Sentry's Privacy Policy for details.
Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA): If you come to this website from one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, we share identifiers and activity on this website with Meta to measure our ads. This may be considered “sharing” under some U.S. state privacy laws. See Meta's Privacy Policy for details.

4. Data Retention

All data stored on your device can be deleted using the delete account button in the App settings.

We retain certain data on our servers as needed to comply with legal requirements, fulfill contractual obligations, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5. Your Rights & Choices

Under Israeli Privacy Protection Law and other applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access — View all data stored on your device, or ask us for a copy of the data we hold on our servers
Correct — Update or amend any inaccuracies
Delete — Remove data stored on your device using the delete account button in App settings; to delete data on our servers, email ariel@endura.company
Withdraw Consent — Stop using the website or the App at any time
Withdraw Analytics Sharing — Turn off “Share answers for product improvement” in App settings at any time; to delete previously shared answers, email ariel@endura.company
Opt Out of Advertising Sharing — Use Your Privacy Choices. We also honor Global Privacy Control.
Restrict Processing — Limit how your data is used by deleting the App
Lodge a Complaint — File a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority

Certain data retained for legal compliance and dispute resolution purposes cannot be deleted, as permitted under applicable law.

6. Children's Privacy

Endura is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and will delete such data promptly if we become aware of it.

7. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. We apply appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure your data is protected.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website or the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
